Steel Ingot
Equipped with vacuum degassing and decarbonisation units (VD-VOD), Arfa Iron and Steel Company has either started to produce more than 20 different grades of steel or is capable of producing them.
In addition, benefiting from experienced staff and metallurgical experts, Arfa company is capable of producing all kinds of steel grades based on the standards of German DIN, British BS, Japanese JIS, American ASTM, etc. It can also design special grades based on the customers’ special needs.
This company has the capability of producing all kinds of steel ingots in sections of 130, 150 and 200 mm and with a length of 6 to 12 meters (according to the customer's request).
Chemical composition of some steel grades produced or likely to be produced in Arfa Company is as described in the table below:
130mm x 130mm rectangular steel billets, 12 meters long and each branch weighs 1590 kg
Square steel billet 150mm x 150mm, 12 meters long and weight of each branch is 2116 kg
Square steel billet 200mm x 200mm, 12 meters long and each branch weighs 3710 kg
